How do I choose a software development company?

Look at four things: whether you receive the source code, whether the work starts with a needs analysis, how often you see progress, and who supports the system after go-live. At FnF1 the complete source code is yours, every project starts with an analysis together with your departments, we review progress in weekly meetings, and maintenance continues after delivery. How does the needs analysis work?

We meet with all your departments to understand how you really work, and we review your IT infrastructure. Avoiding unnecessary spending and capturing the real need is at the heart of how we run projects. The result is a needs analysis report for your management.

How is the cost of a custom software project determined?

The approved scope is costed with a Gantt plan and the team size it requires. We present the proposal with different budget and timeline options and decide together which one fits you. The scope of the service is described under custom software development.

How do I follow the project?

In weekly meetings we review progress and risks together. With Agile management you see working results every week, and the project is delivered with testing, training and go-live.

Who owns the source code?

You do. The complete source code of every project we build is handed over at delivery, so you can maintain the system with any team you choose.

Which ERP systems do you work with?

We work with SAP and Logo (Tiger, Go). Besides ERP configuration, we build integrations that connect your ERP to your web and mobile applications and to third-party systems. What do you do with AI?

We connect ChatGPT and other large language models (LLMs) to your business systems: we build assistants that read your documents, classify incoming requests and prepare reports, and we automate repetitive work. More on our AI solutions page.

Do you use templates for websites?

No. Every website is designed from scratch for your needs and your brand. On the hosting side we provide SSL, daily backups, DDoS protection and 99.9% uptime. Details on our web design and hosting page.

Do you work with public institutions?

Yes. Public institutions are among our references. Public-sector projects follow the same method: needs analysis, an approved scope document, a Gantt plan and weekly follow-up. We address security from the start of development, following OWASP standards. More on our cybersecurity page.

Do you take on projects from outside Turkey?

Yes. We work in Turkish, English, German and Spanish, and we can hold the weekly meetings remotely. Source code, training and project documents are part of every delivery.

Do you work with companies outside Ankara?

Yes. We are based in Ankara and serve companies across Turkey. Analysis, development and support run remotely over video calls; when needed, we also plan on-site meetings and installations.
